Insert an email address link

 

  1. Type in the email address and hit Enter.

  2. You will notice that the email address  automatically became an email hyperlink.

  1. Or, you can highlight the text you wish to add the email link to.

  2. Click the Insert Email Address button on the toolbar.

  1. Enter the email address and click OK.
