From the Publish pull-down, select Publish to Folder.

Browse your computer to find a place for your files to be published and click OK.
Publishing your website files to a folder is a method of generating all your website files, images and pages to a folder on your computer. Publishing to the web and publishing to a folder generates the same pages. The only difference is that a folder on your computer can be used later, or, this method can be another way of backing up your website.
