Can I add my own font if it's not in the list to select from?

If you do not see the font that you would like to use in Ewisoft Website Builder, you can manually type in the font you would like to use.

Note: Not all fonts are browser compatible. A font may show on your browser because it is on your computer but if a visitor doesn't have that font on their computer, they will see Times New Roman as a default font and not your font. The best way to test it is to ask your friends to view your website on their computer and see if they see what you see.

  1. Click Styles button from the toolbar.

  2. Select the style from the left window pane and manually type in the name of your font in the Font family field.

In this example I chose the style Normal Paragraph and typed in Comic Sans MS, Verdana, Arial

The primary font I want visitors to see on my website is Comic Sans MS. The reason why I put in a comma (,) Verdana and Arial is because if the website visitor does not have Comic Sans MS on their computer, they will then see Verdana. If they don't have Verdana on their computer, they will see Arial.

Note: It is recommended that if you manually enter a font to offer other choices like shown in this example.
