Right click on the page you wish the contact page to be located after
and select New Page. |

Enter Contact for the Page
Name and select After.

Click OK. |

Type in a title on your page on the edit side of the screen and place
your cursor below it.

This is where we will create a form.

Before we create the form, we should create a Thank
You page. |

Right click on the Contact page and select
New Page. |

Click Yes to save your Contact page. |

Enter Thank You for the Page
Name, select As Child and click OK. |
|

Type in Thank You title on your page and
enter some text thanking your user for visiting or for leaving comments.
Whatever text you think is appropriate for the information you have
collected from them. |

We also don't want the Thank You page to
appear in any of your navigation links because you will want it hidden
and only shown when a user completes your form.

Right click on the Thank You page and select
Properties. |

Click the Advanced button. |

Select Not using menus and click OK.
Note: the option "Not using menus" is for pages that you don't
wish to show up in your navigation links. |

Let’s go back to the Contact page and add a
form. Click on the Contact page.

Place your cursor where you want the form to go and click the Form button on the
toolbar. |

Select a pre-built form from the list or you can even start from a
blank form and click OK. |

Give the form a name like "contact". You can modify or add new fields
to the list as you like.

Style

There are additional options available you can configure on the
form.
Style - Similar
to how the template Style button works you can change the way the form
looks on your page. |
Message

Message -
You can specify a message to be shown to a user if something invalid has
been entered into one of the form fields. |
Anti-spam

Anti-spam -
The form has built-in protection again spammers who abuse these
forms. |
Form Result
|
Result -
You can modify how your form results will look when you get it in your
inbox.
Note: You can receive the email
to multiple email addresses by separating them with a
comma.

If you click
Next you will be brought to a screen where you can tell
the form where to go to after the "Submit" button is pressed by a
user.
Since we created a "Thank
You" page earlier in these instructions, select "Choose an existing page
to go" and click Finish. |

OK.
