1. Select eCommerce from the left windowpane.
3. Enter the email address and click OK.
You can do the same for the link enter the 'Cc' email address.
There may be some web hosting companies (such as GoDaddy) that won't allow emails be sent out from their servers unless the "from" email is configured using the same domain name. For example, if your website domain is YOURSITE.COM then the email would need to be from INFO@YOURSITE.COM. It doesn't have to be "info" but it has to be an email from the same domain name.
