Self service page for customers

Occassionally, customers may have misplaced or lost the downloadable products they purchased from your store. Ewisoft eCommerce Builder has an automated page that your customers can visit and have a new email sent to them containing their purchased products again without your interaction. It is automated.

1. After you have created your store there is a Send Email page that is automatically created. It is a "child page" that is located under your Store page.

2. When a customer goes to visit this page on your website, they can simply enter their email address and an email with their downloadable products will automatically be sent to them.

If they enter the password (located in their purchase email) then a download link will not only be emailed to them but it will also be displayed instantly on the page so they can download their products right away.
