Various enhancement requests

Hi,

I'd like to recommend the following enhancements for Website Builder:

* ability to add a row to a table at the start of the table rather than the end - I'd love to use a table for the news section on my website, but I'd always want the latest entry to be at the top
* ability to be able to mark pages not for publishing - I've created one page that I cannot yet publish as I need to get copyright agreement first, but until I can publish this page I am unable to publish any changes to the rest of my site.
* ability to default html links to always opening in a new window - the default is not to, and I then always have to change the links manually. Would be good if we could choose a default as yes / no.
* sitemap to include linked pages - I have a photo album generated by a specialist photo publishing suite that I've linked to, but as this is a link rather than a page in it's own right, it doesn't appear on the site map.
* ability to have a page that visitors can post to directly - eg an online feedback / comment page, rather than all comments having to be sent via email.
