Document not found HTML Code 404

Postby mikedaly » Sun Jun 14, 2009 8:01 am

I use Advanced Web Statistics to track visits to my sites. One of the error reports I receive shows the following:-
Following needed documents not found:-
/user/ecommerce-css/e_list_view.css 2080 hits
/user/ecommerce-css/e_grid_view.css 2072 hits
/user/ecommerce-css/e_detail_view.css 2066 hits

I assume these are calls for the ecommerce style sheets?
As I do not use the ecommerce facilities in Ewisoft how can I disable these calls and thereby reduce the number of 404 errors?

Regards

Mike

They are in the <head></head>

Hi Kelvin,
The page that is giving the error messages is http://www.ecam.nu/belbin.htm
This page receives more traffic than any other page on this website so the problem may not be restricted to only this page. All the other pages on this site appear to have the same html code refering to the e-commerce style sheets

Hi Mike,

We will check the bug.
But We think this bug won't affect the visitors, neither the Search engine, so you don't need to worry too much about it before it is fixed.
If you won't like the warnings, you can upload 3 empty files with the same name to suppress the warnings.

Thank you,
