Publishing problems

I can't seem to get my site to publish. I keep getting

Windows can not access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access this folder.

In your publish settings (in Ewisoft) fill in your ftp information that your web host provider gave you:

domain name: www.yoursite.com
ftp server: ftp.yoursite.com
username: yourusername
password: yourpassword
web folder: put in the folder they gave you to publish your web pages
