Website won't open

My website now won't open. I think it maybe something to do with the charset I copied and pasted into the language section. The error message is - WBError 0xb03:No record found! charset inside IDE_File::GetHtmlHead - and then when you click OK it reads - WBError 0x104:Can not open file to write! C:\Documents and Settings\Ben ed\My Documents\Direct Midlands\Direct Electrician\local\preview/desktop/temp.htm in IDE_File::InitTempHtml0
Can you help me please as I need to alter my website
