Ewisoft shutting down when trying to publish.

I am new to Ewisoft, and after creating the majority of my website with the trail version I purchased the full software with eCommerce option. I have tested my FTP settings and all seems to return an OK response. When trying to publish to web Ewisoft will automatically shut down, displaying the following error message "A problem caused the program to stop working properly". My computer is also new, using Vista, and all updates are current.

I am new also to Ewisoft and working on my website. I noticed when I go to add new templates, they show Premium. Did you use any of these templates marked Premium? Because, as I see it, there are only about 17 templates available unless you pay extra. I put in a request on this yesterday but have had no reply from anyone. Did you get a response from any of the moderators yet on your problem?

The software comes with 16 free templates that you can use as often as you like. The premium templates are for individual sale.
